Return & Exchange Policy

At Next Road Ryders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, we offer a 7-day Return and Exchange policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. However, some products are non-returnable. Please check product-specific information on the product page.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges only in cases where the product is found to have manufacturing defects. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products, including but not limited to, some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. Please double-check your order before finalizing the purchase.

3. Exchange Process

  • If the product is damaged due to manufacturing defects, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • A QC (Quality Check) will be conducted on the returned product. Exchanges will only be processed once the item has passed our quality inspection.
  • If the product passes the inspection, we will proceed with the exchange of the same item or a similar item of equal value, based on availability.
  • We do not accept exchanges for products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.

4. Returns Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.

5. How to Return or Exchange Your Product

6. Shipping Costs

7. Quality Control Check

Please ensure that you inspect the product immediately after receiving it. We recommend that customers pick up their products only after passing QC checks to ensure the product is in optimal condition. Any damage identified after the QC inspection is not eligible for return or exchange.
